We can assist a growing company
by providing capital needed for the continued development of
the company.
Investments are normally based on equity, that is the funds provided
by the investor are invested directly
into the company in return of shares. Additionally, there are
various forms of mezzanine funding available, which combine features
from equity funding and debt funding. An example is a convertible
loan, which under certain conditions can be exchanged into ordinary
shares. Direct unsecured loans can in some circumstances be used
in combination with direct equity investments.
The invested capital is not
the only benefit the company gets from Vencap. We will take part
in the strategic planning, and assist management in any other
areas, such as marketing, finance or administration. Our network
of co-operation partners will assist in specialist areas that
we alone cannot cover at adequate depth. |
